Art and Mindfulness: Connecting to Self
Starting in January, we are creating a new arts program incorporating mindful practices and creative arts expression! The course will last over a 3 month period, occurring twice a month for a total of 6 classes. It will integrate self-reflective practices and development of creative expression for better sense of well-being. If you are interested in developing your artistic talents through meditation practices and self-exploration, this is the class for you!

handmade journaling (watercolor, sketching, collage, acrylics), mixed media collage painting,tie-dye, pen and ink with watercolor, more processes to be announced.
Self-reflective practices include:
Yoga, journaling, sound healing, and meditation
